Hi! My name is Michelle Smith. I’m a holistic healer, an artist, and an event planner.

I enjoy connecting “like-hearted” individuals together through local markets and events in Regina. I’ve helped create a collective we call the “Higher Heart CommuniTEA”.

After each event, a portion of the proceeds are donated to a different local charity.

My Healing Modalities

I’m a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT), a Holy Fire Reiki Master, and a BQH Practitioner.

I offer 1:1 healing sessions from my home studio, plus a few online session options.

I facilitate group past life regression sessions and other types of workshops.

Group events are held at various locations, usually in Regina. Be sure to check location details when booking.

My two largest goals are:

1) To help guide my clients back into personal alignment on various levels - physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual.

2) To help individuals connect authentically with themselves, others and their community

*For in person sessions - please be aware that I have cats but they won’t be in the room during sessions.
