Join me at Such N Stuf (again!) for another fun interactive regression session based on Dolores Cannon’s group workshop method.
You’ll have your own inner journey as I guide the group using visualization techniques. You’ll visit a future life & explore your Akashic Records. We’ll start out with some short visualization exercises before we move into the two longer guided experiences. We’ll pause after each longer visualization so that you can make notes about your experience.
Please bring: Notebook/Pen Yoga mat, pillow, blanket - bring whatever you need to be comfortable Eye mask (optional)
Participants will have the option to share their experiences at the end while we snack.
